Hi – just to introduce myself, my name is Premila. I am 33 years old and live in Guildford, Surrey. In 2005 I was seriously ill and admitted to the Royal Surrey County Hospital where after a series of tests I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythamatosis.
This illness made my immune system become overactive and it attacked the major organs in my body. Currently, both my kidneys have failed.
My blood group is A positive. A donor with blood group A or blood group O is compatible with my blood group.
If there is anybody who is willing to donate a kidney, please contact either myself (Telephone no. 01483 821454 / Email: firstname.lastname@example.org) or our great support:
Kidney Transplant Coordinator Tracy Norton-Smith at St Heliers Hospital, Carshalton on telephone no. 0208 296 3155.
